I walk for you.
Many of my family members, brethren, friends, and therapy clients go through tough times.
Very difficult trials. Traumas. Wounds. Shames. Broken hearts. Spiritually lost.
So I walk for them. Pray for them.

I’m a pretty fit long-distance walker. Beyond my years.
When I breathe in, I say to my self, “It’s wonderful that I still have the capacity to walk long distance like this!”
I stop and appreciate—the blue sky, the hills, a tree, or a bird.
Just stop, and continue to breathe in and out.
With that blessing, I can enjoy every step. Be thankful in all things.
In every step then, I’m able to walk for you.
